This a new family favorite. I served these yummy cakes with jasmine rice and mixed vegetables.
Here is the original recipe.
I added an egg and eliminated the shredded carrot.

Creamy Mushroom Chicken
4 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
1 (10 3/4 oz) can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 cup Milk
4 tbsp Cream Cheese
Place chicken into crock pot.
Mix the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix and milk together. Pour over chicken.
Cook on low 5-6 hours.
During last hour of cooking add cream cheese.
Stir and serve over rice.

BBQ Chicken Roll Ups
14 oz. Coleslaw Blend
3/4 cup Coleslaw Dressing
1 small each Green Pepper and Red Pepper, Cut into strips
1 small Onion, thinly sliced
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste
4 Bonless Skinless Chicken Breasts
18 oz bottle of your favorit BBQ Sauce
10 Flour Tortillas
Place chicken and bbq sauce in crock pot for 5-6 hours.
Shred chicken and put the chicken back into the sauce.
Toss coleslaw blend with coleslaw dressing; set aside.
Season the green pepper and onion with salt, pepper,and garlic powder and saute until tender.
Spoon chicken onto tortilla. Then add some of the pepper and onion mixture. Then add some of the coleslaw. Roll up and eat!

Sweet and Tangy Chicken
4 boneless skinless Chicken Breast
3/4 cup Sour Cream
2 tbsp Honey
1/4- 1/3 cup Dejon Mustard
1/4 cup Milk
Salt and Pepper
Place chicken in slow cooker.
Mix the sour cream, honey, dijon mustard,milk, salt and pepper together.
Pour over chicken.
Cook on low 5-6 hours.
Serve over rice.

Creamy Tortellini
5 cups Cheese Tortellini, cooked according to package directions.
2 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
Sauce:
1/2 cup Butter
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 cup Heavy Cream
3 tbsp Flour + 1 cup cold Water
1-2 Tomatoes
1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
Saute garlic in butter with Italian seasoning.
Add cream. Cook 4 minutes over medium heat.
Whisk in flour mixture, bring to a simmer, until starts to thicken.
Turn to med-low heat and add tomatoes, cook 5 minutes.
Take off heat and mix in cheese.
Toss tortellini and chicken in sauce.

Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
8oz Linguine
2 cups Broccoli Flowerets
2 tbsp. Butter
1 lb. boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed
1 (10 3/4oz) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup Milk
l/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
Cook linguine according to package directions; add broccoli during the last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain; set aside.
Heat butter in a 12" skillet; add chicken, garlic, salt and pepper. Heat until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork; reduce heat. Stir in soup, milk, cheese and linguine mixture; heat through.

Easy Chicken Parmesan
4 Breaded Chicken Patties
1 24oz Pasta Sauce
8oz Spaghetti
8oz Italian Blend Cheese
Cook chicken patties and pasta according to package directions.
On low heat, warm pasta sauce.
To plate the meal:
Place pasta on plate
Place chicken on pasta
Cover with sauce
Sprinkle with cheese
I like to serve this meal with garlic bread and steamed broccoli

Baked Mostaccioli
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 Bell Pepper, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb Mostaccioli
2 cups Italian Blend Cheese
Brown ground beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Make pasta according to package directions, drain. In large bowl combine meat mixture, pasta, sauce and 1 cup of the cheese. Pour into a 9x13 dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
1/2 Onion, chopped

Biscuit Topped Beefy Casserole
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 cup chopped Onions
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Tomato soup or Sloppy Joe mix
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed Vegetables
1 Egg
3/4 cup Milk
1 cup of shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup chopped Green Onions
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
Preheat oven to 400*.
Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
Return meat to skillet. Add onions and mixed vegetables; cook and stir 5 min.
Stir in soup; cook 3 min. or until heated through.
Spoon into 8x8 pan.
Beat egg and milk with wire whisk in medium bowl.
Add cheese and green onions; mix well.
Add Bisquick; stir just until moistened.
Spred batter over meat mixture.
Bake 30-35 min. or until biscuit topping is golden brown and cooked through.

1 Spaghetti Squash
Olive Oil
Favorite Pasta Sauce
Pre heat oven to 350.
Cut squash in half length wise and scoop out the seeds.
Brush with olive oil.
Place rind side up on cookie sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes
Remove strands with a fork.
Place strands in bowl and toss with your favorite pasta sauce.

Mexican Goulosh
1 lb. Ground Beef or Ground Turkey

Pepper
Garlic Powder
Chili Powder
15 oz. can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
11 oz. can Mexi Corn, drained
15.5 oz. jar Salsa
2 cups of cooked Rice
8 oz. Mexican blend cheese
Sour Cream
Corn Chips
Season meat to taste and brown ground meat.
Add beans, corn and salsa to meat. Heat through.
Put rice on plate, then the corn chips, then the meat mixture, cheese, sour cream.
Enjoy.

Bacon Cheeseburger Rice Casserole
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
1 3/4 c. Water
2/3 c. Barbecue Sauce
1 tbsp. Mustard
1/2 tsp. Pepper
2 c. uncooked Instant Rice
1 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/3 c. Dill Pickles, chopped
5 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook the beef and onion.
Add water, barbecue sauce, mustard and pepper. Bring to boil; stir in rice.
Sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with pickles and bacon.

Salmon Chowder
3 tbsp Butter
3/4 cup Onion, chopped
2 Celery Stalks, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 cups Potatoes, diced
2 Carrots, diced
3 cups Chicken Broth
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Dill Weed
2 (14 3/4 oz) canned Salmon
12 oz can Evaporated Milk
14 3/4 oz can Cream Corn
1/4 lb Sharp Cheddar, shredded
1/4 lb Mild Cheddar, shredded
Melt butter in your favorite soup pan. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Saute until tender.
Stir in potatoes, carrots, broth, salt, pepper and dill. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in salmon, milk, corn, and cheese. Cook until heated through.

White Chili
1 med. Onion, chopped
1/2 cup. Red Bell Pepper, chopped

Pizza Style Stuffed Shells
20 Jumbo Pasta Shells
3 sweet or hot Italian Sausage links, removed from casings
1 red Bell Pepper, diced
1 yellow Bell Pepper, diced
1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
1 tsp. Olive Oil
10 oz Mushrooms, sliced
1 medium Onion, cut in thin wedges
1 jar (15 1/2 oz) Pizza Sauce
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced Tomatoes
3/4 tsp. Salt
1 tub (15oz) Ricotta Cheese
8 oz. sliced Pepperoni, chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large Egg, beaten
4 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
1. Boil pasta as package directs; drain.
2. Meanwhile cook sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up clumps, 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove to a medium bowl; pour off fat in pan.
3. Add peppers to skillet. Saute 4 to 5 minutes until soft. Add garlic; saute 1 minute. Place in another medium bowl.
4. Heat oil in same skillet. Add mushrooms; saute 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add onion; saute 5 minutes or until limp and golden brown. Return sausage to pan; stir in pizza sauce, tomatoes and 1/2 tsp. salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat. Remove from heat.
5. To bowl with peppers, add ricotta cheese, pepperoni, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, the egg and remaining 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir to blend well.
6. Heat oven to 400*. Have a 13x9 inch baking dish ready
7. Spread sauce in bottom of baking dish. Fill cooked pasta shells with ricotta mixture. Arrange in baking dish; cover tightly with foil.
8. Bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top shells with mozzarella cheese, then remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 10 minutes to melt cheese.

Ham And Beans Over Corn Bread
1 (8.5oz) Box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 Egg
1/3 c. Milk
1 (48oz) Jar Northern Beans
1/2 Jar (24oz) Water
2 lb. Cook Ham, Cubed**
Vinegar
Make Corn muffins according to package directions. Meanwhile put bean, water and ham in soup pot and cook on medium heat for 30-45 minutes.
To serve.... cut muffin in 1/2 and place both halves on plate. Spoon beans and ham on top of muffin. Drizzle with vinegar to taste.
**You can substitute the Ham with Turkey Ham .

1 c. Hot Water
1 Beef bullion cube
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
8 0z Sour Cream

Start browning the ground beef. When the beef is 3/4 of the way done add mushrooms.
Dissolve bullion cube in hot water. Add to beef mixture.
Stir in soup and sour cream. Cook mixture on med-low for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Server over the pasta of your choice. I use the corkscrew eggs noodles.

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 c. Sour Cream

8 0z Stuffing Mix ( half of a 160z bag)
1 stick Butter
1 c. Water
