  1. One of the most favorite 4th of July recipes isn't actually a recipe, but it is food! I took a watermelon and carved out a bird shape, filled it with cut up fruit and put fruit kabobs on the back for a tail. I put a pic on your FB page. It's a favorite because it's a healthy option instead of all the potato salads and junk food and of course it is very cool and quite the conversation starter. Thanks for the giveaway offer!!!

  2. Well, I don't have a recipe, but I have a tradition. It has to do with fireworks. When I was little we would light them ourselves as who doesn't like playing with fire. Then we went to the public display, when the city made putting on your own show illegal.
I hope this counts as a tradition as i really like Pampered Chef towels.

  3. I love to make this recipe for Ground Beef and Spinach Lasagna Roll-ups because I can make them ahead. They are actually simple, but they look like you slaved over them. I do make my sauce from scratch, and I do double or triple the recipe to freeze for later. http://www.food.com/recipe/ground-beef-and-spinach-lasagna-rollups-80791 My kids love them!

  4. Homemade ice cream is a favorite of our family! We have an old ice cream maker, so everyone gets a chance to crank! The results are delicious. Vanilla is the standard favorite.
